Black Thrive, in collaboration with Guy’s and St. Thomas’ Charity (GSTC), is developing community-led solutions for improving employment outcomes for Black people with long-term conditions in Lambeth.
Funding of £300,000 is available to pilot projects that consider the lived experience of black people with long-term conditions and have the potential to create systematic change.
Grants of between £1,000 and £50,000 are available to deliver projects for up to 12 months.
Applications are welcome from groups, coalitions and registered companies/charities in Lambeth. Activities must take place in the borough and work specifically with black people with long-term conditions.
National organisations can apply but need to make it clear how their project specifically benefits black people with long-term conditions in Lambeth.
An online application form is available to complete from the Black Thrive website.
