FSI Bame Bursary

Are you a BAME Fundraiser or Charity Leader?

Thanks to the National Lottery Community Fund, we now have a small number of bursary places to support applicants who are from groups under-represented and whom, without the bursary, may otherwise miss out on opportunities to access our SQA-accredited qualification in Fundraising Practice (Equivalent to QCF Level 3). Please note that to be eligible to receive the bursary you must be a member of the FSI and your charity must have an annual income (as shown in your most recent annual accounts) of less than £250,000.

  1. A Fundraising Plan to strength your fundraising

  2. A clearer understanding of how to tell your charity’s story through a core case for support

  3. A cohort of peers to network with

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Attendance to two full day virtual courses

  • Attendance to three peer virtual Action Learning Set Sessions

  • Commit to the completion of assignments for two core modules (Developing a Fundraising Strategy and Developing a Case for Support)

  • Motivated to complete any additional self-study required for the qualification

ELIGIBILITY:

  • You will need to have the endorsement of your line manager or a Trustee

  • Your charity must have an annual income (as shown in your most recent annual accounts) of less than £250,000
