Applications are invited to the third round of Leicestershire County Council’s Communities Fund to help voluntary and community sector organisations respond to the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic.
A total of £600,000 is being made available in this round to help charities, community groups, social enterprises, parish and town councils, and other not-for-profit organisations adapt their service delivery, and continue to provide essential services for vulnerable people and communities in Leicestershire.
Organisations can apply for grants of up to £15,000 to support the welfare, mental health and wellbeing of people affected by the pandemic, which could include projects to reduce isolation and loneliness.
Funding can be used to cover costs such as core costs, extra staffing, equipment, and digital inclusion.
The deadline for applications is the 22nd January 2021.
