Public trust in charities has returned to its highest level in six years, according to the Charity Commission’s latest research.
The study, carried out by Yonder, found that the public scored charities 6.4 out of 10 on trust, the highest level since 2014.
It also found that charities are the third most-trusted group in society after doctors and the police.
