The Philip and Connie Phillips Foundation are an independent foundation established to further the charitable intentions set out in the wills of Philip and Connie Phillips, who were both long term residents of Kent.
They make grants to support charities in the county who demonstrate their impact on the health and well being of their local community, with an emphasis on supporting elderly people who are isolated and vulnerable, and combating the effects of deprivation, such as food poverty and homelessness.
