On behalf of East London Foundation Trust, Compass Wellbeing CIC is inviting local voluntary, community, and social enterprise organisations to come forward to express an interest in providing new ‘community connector’ roles.
The funding will be going towards assisting the delivery of the new Community Mental Health Framework and to offer support to people with serious mental illness (SMI), not just for them to get back on track in their lives but to create a more fulfilled and happier lifestyle entirely.
Successful applicants will be invited to work with both East London Foundation NHS Trust and Compass Wellbeing CIC to contribute to the design of the new model of care and ensuring the final model is based on the feedback of service users, citizens, professionals and partner organisations.
